Yes. Set each bike type up as its own activity — e-bikes, hardtails, gravel bikes, tandems — each with its own sessions, capacity and prices. If you have 12 e-bikes, cap the e-bike session at 12 and it can’t be overbooked. GoodKeen manages sessions and capacity rather than tracking individual bikes — which is all most hire operators need.

Every rider signs your waiver online as part of the booking, before they arrive at pickup. Signed waivers are stored against each participant, versioned and unchangeable once signed, and you can retrieve or export them whenever you need to.

Yes. One person can book the whole group in a single reservation — two e-bikes, two hardtails — and pay once. A group counts as one booking, not one per rider, so the Free plan’s 25 bookings a month goes further than it sounds.

The Free plan is free forever for up to 25 bookings a month, with every feature included — no credit card required. Paid plans are a flat NZ$39 or NZ$79 a month, with unlimited bookings. There are no booking fees on any plan — not for you, and not for your riders.

No. Every account includes a hosted booking page you can share as a link or QR code. If you already have a website, embed the booking widget and take bookings right on your own site — your website stays yours.

Yes. Gift cards sold through GoodKeen are valid for at least 3 years from purchase, in line with the NZ rules that apply from 16 March 2026. GoodKeen enforces the 3-year minimum automatically.

An afternoon is realistic. Add your bike types, set session times and capacity, connect your Stripe account and share your booking link. Import existing customers from a CSV whenever you’re ready.
