Gift cards you issue through GoodKeen are valid for at least 3 years from the date of purchase, in line with New Zealand consumer law — the 3-year minimum is built in and can’t be set lower.
Nothing breaks and nothing starts charging fees. Your existing bookings are untouched; new online bookings simply pause — your booking page shows you’re not taking new online bookings until the month rolls over or you upgrade.
