Set up timeslot sessions for the hire lengths you actually offer — one hour, two hours, half-day — plus all-day sessions for full-day hire. Capacity is simply your fleet at the ramp: eight doubles means eight bookings per slot, no double-ups.
Digital waivers, signed at booking
Every participant signs before they arrive — not on a soggy clipboard at the water’s edge. Waivers are versioned, immutable and retrievable per participant, so your adventure-activity risk communication paperwork is there whenever you need it.
QR check-in at the water’s edge
Scan a booking’s QR code on any phone to check a group in — it runs in the mobile browser, so there’s nothing to install for you, your crew or your guests.
Weather turns? Cancel cleanly
Southerly rolling in? Refund your guests through your own Stripe account and let them know by email — the refund goes back to their original payment method.
Gift cards & promo codes for the shoulder season
Sell gift cards over winter and run promo codes when the ramp is quiet. Gift cards automatically meet NZ’s 3-year minimum expiry law.
