Climbing gym booking software, built for NZ
Casual sessions, intro courses, group bookings and digital waivers — the bookable side of your gym, sorted. Memberships and door access stay right where they are.
Flat monthly price. 0% booking fees — to you and your guests. Built in New Zealand.
Your gym already runs two kinds of visitor
Members swipe in on a membership system. Everyone else — casuals, course sign-ups, team events — needs to book, pay and sign a waiver. Real gyms already stitch two systems together for this. GoodKeen is the booking half, done properly.
GoodKeen runs your bookable side
Everyone who books before they climb.
- Casual climbing sessions — timeslot or all-day, with capacity
- Intro & belay course timeslots that close when they’re full
- Group bookings — one reservation for the whole group
- Digital waivers signed online at booking — versioned and retrievable
- Gift cards & promo codes
- QR check-in at the counter — nothing to install
Your membership system keeps the rest
Members, billing and the front door.
- Recurring memberships & member billing
- Concession passes
- Door access & member check-in
- Member management & comms
GymMaster, built in Christchurch and billed in NZD from NZ$129/mo, is good software doing a different job. We don’t compete with it — we sit alongside it. GoodKeen never claims to do memberships, passes or door access.

Prove what was signed — and when
When an incident becomes a claim, the first question isn’t whether a waiver was signed. It’s which version was signed, by whom, and when. A box of paper forms answers that badly.
With GoodKeen, waivers are part of the booking itself. Guests sign online before they arrive — no clipboard queue at the counter on a busy Saturday, no hunting through a filing box when it matters.
Update your waiver text whenever you need to. Every version is kept, every signature is stored immutably against the exact text that was on screen, and you can pull up — or export — any participant’s signed waiver in seconds.
Waivers are included on every plan, including Free. One system for bookings and waivers — not two subscriptions.
- Signed at booking — before the guest walks in
- Versioned — every edit to your waiver text is kept
- Immutable — a signed waiver can’t be edited after the fact
- Retrievable per participant — find and export exactly what each person signed, and when
Everything the front counter needs
A booking page and embeddable widget for your own site, payments through your own Stripe account — money goes straight to you — and the tools below.
Intro & belay courses
Timeslot sessions with hard capacity limits. When the 6pm intro course has six spots, the seventh person sees the next session — not an overbooked instructor.
Casual sessions
Let casuals book and pay ahead — timeslot or all-day entry — with the waiver already signed by the time they reach the counter.
Group & team bookings
One reservation for the whole group, with each participant’s waiver collected up front.
QR check-in at the counter
Guests show a QR code, staff scan it from any phone’s browser. Nothing to install, no hardware to buy.
Gift cards & promo codes
Sell gift cards with the 3-year minimum expiry NZ law requires from 16 March 2026 enforced automatically, and run promo codes for quiet weekdays.

The big gym suites are priced for big-city walls
The incumbents in climbing-gym software are built — and priced — for large overseas gyms. If your bookable side is courses, casuals and groups, you can start at NZ$0.

To be fair: Rock Gym Pro is a capable, climbing-specific suite, and ROLLER runs some serious venues. If you’re a large gym wanting one system for everything, they earn a look. But for an NZ wall whose bookings are intro courses, casual sessions and group bookings, that’s a lot of software — and, in Rock Gym Pro’s case, a lot of US dollars — for the job.
Rock Gym Pro cloud pricing as publicly listed at rockgympro.com/pricing, Jul 2026 (USD, converted at ~NZ$1.65 per US$1); ROLLER pricing not published as of Jul 2026. Check each provider for current rates. Card processing (Stripe) is charged separately by your payment provider.
